9. Wile E. Coyote
Wile E. Coyote or simply the Coyote is always seen alongside his rival on screen, the Road Runner. He always makes different complex plans to catch the Road Runner, but often fails miserably ending up with lots of injuries to his self. Yet he continues his quest for getting after the Road Runner and it keep the viewer in mystery if this time the Coyote will accomplish his mission. He was first created in 1948 by Chuck Jones.
Popeye the Sailor Man first appeared in comic strips that were later made into cartoons for television. He was made by Elzie Crisler Segar in 1929. He was amongst the first famous cartoon characters in 1930s. His famous style is that to eat a can of spinach to get the energy for his heroic work, which was inserted to make little children eat their vegetables properly.

Sylvester J. Pussycat, Sr. or Puddy Tat, or simply Sylvester the Cat is a famous cartoon character that we all like.
