Clare, nice to hear from you. The reason I said that 1 whole egg is better than 2 white eggs is because 1 whole egg contains yolk. Yolk has many essential proteins which you miss out when you eat only egg whites.
Most people don’t eat egg yolk because it has high cholesterol levels. But new study suggests that this is just a myth and egg yolk is beneficial for health, especially if you eat in breakfast.
